I got into an argument about it with someone and they full admitted to not even testing my solution. The wild thing is, when I told some of them about this, they'd rather complain than try the solution. Essentially allied players, a chunk of them not all, cried because they wouldn't use delayed HE to destroy encampments, USA has the easiest access to this so there's no excuse.
